Consistent quality policy to ensure customer satisfaction
To ensure customer satisfaction, the PWS GROUP has introduced a quality management system to comply with the requirements of TS 16949/2002 and DIN ISO 9001 respectively.
The system has been rolled out to all three group companies and has been documented in a quality manual.
- The companies use this system in order to detect potential sources of errors through an efficient organizational and operational structure, to analyse their root causes and to prevent the reoccurrence of possible errors by way of appropriate corrective action.
- The system is geared towards zero defects.

- The management is committed to performing all activities in line with the quality policy and to ensure that the staff do so as well in order to implement the corporate objectives. In reaching these goals, the implemented CI system as well as training and individual staff motivation are critical factors.
